Online Booking & Cancellation Policy​

Booking your massage therapy session online is quick and easy. Appointments are reserved especially for you, and your session time is set aside exclusively to support your health, recovery, and wellness goals. Below is our online booking platform. Please note that a credit card on file is required when booking any sessions here at Embody Wellness & Massage.

 

To help us provide the best care for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy before booking:

+ 24-Hour Notice Required. We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any massage therapy appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer the time to another client in need of care.

+ Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows. Appointments that are canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed entirely (no-shows), will be charged a fee equal to the full cost of the scheduled session.

+ Illness Consideration. If you are feeling unwell or become sick, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees will be waived in cases of illness, as your health — and the health of others — always comes first.
